Invitation Only Pinot Noir
Our 2009 Invitation Only comes from one of the best vineyards in the Anderson Valley and its Pinot perfecting ocean breezes mixed with fog piercing bursts of sun. Layered fruit and a hint of spice create a rich, elegant wine perfect for any occasion.
Vineyard: Hayley Vineyard from the Anderson Valley AVA in Mendocino.
Blend: 100% Pinot Noir; Clones: 99% 115 with <1% 777.
Winemaking: Hand-sorted, 100% de-stemmed; Aged over 12 months in 100% French Oak, 33% New; Coopers Francois Frères, Allier – Medium Plus toast.
Wine Composition: pH: 3.74; TA: 0.62; Alcohol 14.9%; VA : 0.65
Production: 25 cases / 300 bottles; bottled on October 4, 2010; to be released for the holidays later in 2010!
