Velvet Rope Cabernet Sauvignon

These grapes are from the esteemed Reverence Vineyard in the Coombsville region of the Napa Valley. This vineyard sits on shallow, rocky-gravel soils, surrounded by a unique microclimate influenced by the cooling breezes and fogs off the bay, helping the grapes develop an opulent, classic Cabernet profile.

Winemaking: Hand-sorted, 100% de-stemmed; aging in 100% French Oak; Coopers Boutes, Allier – Medium Plus toast.
